Hydrogen chloride compressor is mainly used to manufacture dyes, spices, drugs, organic chemical condensing agents, various chlorides and corrosion inhibitors, resins, petrochemical, electrolytic chemical and other chlor alkali industries. Industrial hydrochloric acid is often yellowish, mainly due to the existence of ferric chloride.

Ammonia is often used to test the existence of hydrochloric acid. Ammonia will react with hydrogen chloride to produce white ammonium chloride particles. A hydrogen chloride molecule is composed of a chlorine atom and a hydrogen atom. The molecular formula is HCI aqueous solution, commonly known as hydrochloric acid, and its scientific name is hydrochloric acid. Hydrogen chloride is a colorless and pungent gas. Hydrogen chloride is easily soluble in water. At 0 ℃, about 500 volumes of hydrogen chloride can be dissolved in 1 volume of water.

The hydrogen chloride compressor is a reciprocating compressor that compresses and transmits gas by reciprocating in the cylinder. The compressor is clamped by two limiting plates along the periphery and forms a cylinder, which is driven by hydraulic pressure to reciprocating in the cylinder, so as to realize the compression and transmission of gas. It has the characteristics of large compression ratio, wide pressure range and good sealing. Because its air chamber does not need any lubrication, so as to ensure the purity of compressed gas, it is generally made into a single-stage or two-stage compressor according to different exhaust pressure.
